Aftercare & early care

AFTERCARE

Gardens School of Technology Arts Aftercare Program serves GSOTA students in grades K-6. If a K-6 aftercare student has a sibling in grades 7-8, an exception can be made to enroll the sibling. If you have only a student in grades 7-8 and the lack of aftercare creates a hardship, please email jeanne.benz@mysota.net to appeal.

We offer two aftercare schedule options: 

     Part Time - Pick up by 4:30 pm   

     Full Time - Pick up by 6:00 pm

Billing is monthly based upon the number of school days per month. Payment is due in full by the 1st of each month. No per diem or weekly options available. Late pick up will incur additional fees. 

Our aftercare program has a limited capacity and students are enrolled first come/first served. The Student Code of Conduct applies during Aftercare; students who do not comply with the Student Code of Conduct during Aftercare may be withdrawn from the Aftercare program at the discretion of administration. Failure to pay fees in a timely manner may result in loss of Aftercare enrollment.

EARLY CARE

Gardens School of Technology Arts Early Care Program serves GSOTA students in grades K-6. If a K-6 aftercare student has a sibling in grades 7-8, an exception can be made to enroll the sibling. If you have only a student in grades 7-8 and the lack of early care creates a hardship, please email jeanne.benz@mysota.net to appeal.

Early Care begin at 7:00 am. Parents must sign students in to Early Care and may not drop students off prior to 7:00 am. Free breakfast is available to all students.
